I know the difference, and I wasn't insulted, just surprised that anyone would say "Egad. what a lot of ignorance there still is about the Mormon Church." as if the Mormon Church was the center of the universe and so it's laws and practices should be common knowledge. I found the contempt to be unwarranted.
