We will never get rid of the 9th Circuit. Process to begin appealing this decision has already begun, according to the local Friday paper I read. Its a game to the ones responsible. They KNOW it the decision will be overturned. They just do it to buy some time and make adversaries spend millions. In this particular case it will never be overturned before the November election. Expect a large amount of Dem voter fraud here on election day. The thing that bugs the hell out of me is how they are usually using the 9th circuit these days to have laws stricken down that were the product of ballot propositions. Cannot win in the voting booth, so they punish the people.

"Yeah, but watch those potential voters go into a store and try to buy some OTC cold medication!"

A person cannot legally get a job in this country without a picture ID and at least, one other form of ID, but that person can vote without any ID.

Something is very wrong here.

"The best argument against the voter ID so far...is the cost of getting this state-produced ID."

You also have to have a picture ID to get a job legally in this country. People need the IDs for several other reasons also.

"So I'd like to eliminate this argument very quickly. Set a 1-cent tax on every pack of smokes sold in America. If you figure that a smoker goes through at least 3 packs a week...we can generate this sum of funding to just make it a free card."

Why should smokers have to pay someone else's way. Let them pay their own way.

Yes. Credit cards today are the modern equivalent of indentured servitude.

That is not an exageration. The only thing we have going for us is that there are no longer debtors prisons.

I no longer use credit cards (I went through the ringer and learned my lesson).

Credit should ony be used to buy assets (stuff that pays for itself and then some) or essential liabilities like one car and a house.

We are a nation of indentured servants. Few people own their property (the banks own it).

Don't GET me started again! LOL!

Now we know how the DimWitts plan on taking the White House.....

Yeppers. The question is, what are we going to do about it. Many on this thread seem to think we can do nothing but sit back and take it! Disgusts me no end!

Now that that is out of my system.....nice to see you. Hope all is well at your end of our wonderful country. ;*)

Oh, the fraud is there for the taking. The problem is.... the Dems are the only ones crooked enough to do it.

Most pubs are hard working, values voters, conservative Christians, freedom loving, military loving, honest people.

Most Dems are... sit at home on my computer and collect welfare, if I do go to work I complain that the owner makes more money than me, want free college by not paying back my student loans, give me redistribution government and I'm happy, can't stand people who go to church and take it seriously type of people.

You do the math

"Why even vote."

Because if you do not vote those liberals will eventually be replaced by Marxists.

One morning you will wkae up to a knock at your door. It will be the police with a copy of your carry permit. They will be coming for that nice S&W 357 you bought to protect your home with.

They will say, "You know President Clinton's law forbids you to own a gun."

That's why you vote.

They can't be undone, but there is nothing that would keep the size of their sphere of influence (their "circuit") from being shrunk down to the size of gnat's ass......in other words, assign them a specific geological point somewhere -- one point and one point only....
