It's a reasonable assumption that you cannot desire privacy and I agreee. Wrt what another person can do with something on a site and/or what the site owner can do with what is posted is usually determined by the Terms of Use for the site and the Privacy Policy (if there is/was one).
Both are often linked at the bottom of the page. The contents on the site may be protected by copyright law, or, the TOU may say that whatever is posted can be used by anyone within certain restrictions. I agree, I think I chat w an attorney.
