Well decided to check the Blogs and .....well now we have this little item:

I just saw the lawyer for Jordan Edmund on CNN and when asked whether this was just part of a prank the lawyer said, with a small grin, “I can’t say there was not an element of a prank in this” [paraphrasing from memory]. So it seems Drudge is correct. So the barely risque emails from the SSP website were forgeries of an issue dealt with in the fall and the IMs were the results of a prank goading Foley on. No complaints in all these years from the victims. Reviews by the FBI and media concluding insufficient evidence. Parents asking Foley to not talk to their child because he was uncomfortable - and Folley complying. Nothing until faked emails hit a fake website on information CREW and ABC News had for months….

Wild Bill, over at Passionate American, did an analysis of the CREW and StopSexPredators (SSP) versions a while back (check it out). In that analysis the Â’subjectÂ’ line had not been overwritten in the SSP versions with Â‘email 2′, etc that we find in the other two versions. The date field is totally missing in the SSP web versions and the typing was inconsistent - like someone was taking dictation. So that makes the SSP version completely different from the EARLIER versions CREW and ABCNEWS had in May and August (see the timeline). Which means either ABC News, or CREW, or the original source dictated or worked with SSP to create faked versions - which supposedly broke the story

SSP did not get any original emails from a Page or friend of the Page. That is clear because all emails have a date field (magically missing from the SSP creations). The emails at SSP are clearly forgeries that were based on the information in the posession of CREW and ABC News because the text is accurate, just not all the punctuation.

The kids might have thought of what they did as a "prank" ; however, what they actually did with the IMs and E-mails, is criminal!

ABC, Brian Ross, C.R.E.W., Soros, Pelosi, Rogers, and GOD only knows who else, most certainly committed all kinds of criminal acts; from blackmail to tampering of evidence, to harassment, to I don't know what all else.
