I did call my constitutional lawyer friend who relayed the following:

1) Edmunds's complaint against Kerr would be an issue of privacy, not one of constitutional rights.

2) He would not touch Kerr, who has now globally "outed" a lawyer and a former page, with a ten foot pole.
