The Kobe Bryant accuser's name was widely posted on the Internet and it was the media's decision NOT to use her name on-air. It was a "moral" decision on their part to not use the victim's name. There is no law stating that they had to do it. So, my advice to that site would be to keep everything the way it is.

There was, of course, no "victim" in the Kobe case whose name wasn't published ~

I believe when the victim or alleged victim of crimes of a sexual nature is or was a minor, it is illegal to reveal his or her name.

But I'm not lawyer.
