Why thank you, rodguy.
Here's another little ditty I dug up earlier(just so we don't all become fixated on the Foley saga) that just makes you shake your head several times in wonderment.
Consider this found at:

Here is what happens when a(supposed) renown journalist puts him/herself above the basics of his art. You get Bob Woodward writing "State of Denial". Peggy Noonan (another "supposed journalist" who forgot what she is really doing,)decided to take it upon herself to do a book review on Woodies POS,latest hit piece on GW.
According to Noonan Woodward "really thinks he got to the core of the Bush Adm. and uncovered all those nasty little secrets." Just one problem Peggy. Both you and Bob forgot to do when he wrote his masterhitpiece:
YOU FORGOT TO INTERVIEW GW--IDIOT!!
Gee, maybe Woodie would have gotten a slightly different picture if GW had allowed him an interview(I am personally glad he was not allowed to interview GW) But in rat land little details like interviewing the person you are writing about are totally unnecessary, its' the "feeelllings" you generate, that really count not the content or authenticity.
Those who have been in the field for longer that a day or two realize that you just don't do a book about in-depth strategy of a political adm. without interviewing the head of the administration. That's not even journalism 101, its before that!
Hopefully Woodward has a good saddle for the huge bull shark he is now riding, but my guess it is it won't take long for him to fall off and be eaten.
