I thought that all Presidents had to have contingency plans in place for situations like the N. Korean nuclear proliferation program. There would have been something seriously wrong if Clinton did not have a plan in place in case plan A didn't work. The clincher is that plan A didn't work and plan B was still not activated.

Bill Clinton's predilection for all things oral, was his downfall. All oral and no action

The Pentagon has 'contingency plans' for every conceivable contingency--probably even some inconceivable ones like a Martian invasion...lol

So his claims of 'plans' are TOTALLY MEANINGLESS and PATHETICALLY CONDESCENDING--especially since he gave them the technology in 1994--in exchange for a promise,,,,YES, a PROMISE--from North Korea to NOT develop nuclear weapons with what he gave them.
