I dont think you know what happens when they steal the wheels off your car.
When this happens if you dont get the car towed right away they come back for the seats, the doors, the hood and trunk. Most people get them towed right away to avoid this, If the car isnt worth the effort to have towed away the owner removes the tags and the police ticket the car. The police then call a tow truck who removes the hulk and usually gets paid nothing for the tow. He is stuck with the hulk.
My concern is that if the police fine you $500 dollars for leaving graffitti up , What do they fine you for getting roobed by a gunman. Fining the victim isnt cool.
Most property owners are going to do something about graffiti. I think this ordinance is directed more at the landlords and owners of ghetto apartments who do nothing about the tagging of their buildings.
My son and a couple of a Marine buddies were having coffee at Starbucks in the Eastlake area of Chula Juana. My son heard a Mexican lady yelling for help in Spanish. He speaks fluent Spanish and noticed what was going on. 4 black guys entered the Starbucks and were collecting purses as fast as they could. My son and his buddies chased them up the hill and many purses were dropped on the way. At the top of the hill one of the blacks grabbed a shovel and whacked my son's friend in the middle of the back. My son tackled him and hauled him all the way to the bottom of the hill. The police took 3 of 4 into custody. My son's friend went to the hospital with a broken rib. The Starbucks security camera caught the thefts inside Starbucks and the Walmart security cameras caught the 4 thugs stealing inside the Walmart next door.
Another reason to be far away from San Diego.
