Oops, let me requalify my statement: I am a conservative american, not a conservative Freeper.
Not if you vote for any of the Kansas Democrats. I have been in Kansas politics for many years, and know all too well the so-called moderates in the Republican Party are in reality liberal Democrats. I KNOW THESE PEOPLE, AND THE ONLY THING THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS POWER AND CONTROLLING THE MONEY, WHICH THEY SPEND ON THEIR FRIENDS. Check out Dick Bond for a start, and see if he or his bank had anything to do with the speedway. :)

This is going to be a close win. The problem is Morrison looks like a tough guy. People think since he was a prosecutor that means he will be good.
Physically he is very imposing; he could probably beat Kline to a pulp.
That is what we are up against here and is probably why Morrison is polling so well.
Hopefully, Kline will pull it out.

rwfromkansas,
I don't have a strong opinion on Barrnett. I could be swayed to vote for him. My first impression is that Medical Doctors should practice medicine not politics.
I think the high qualified republican candidates will wait for the next Governor election cycle to run. I can deal with Sebellius until then. If I were a Kline supporter I would vote sebellius this cycle so Kline can have a chance at the republican nomination next cycle. I'm sure thats why she does well in the polls.

Nonsense! In conservative Kansas the fact that you are voting for liberal DemonRats Sebellius and Morrison makes you a flaming liberal Democrat. Shall I repeat that for your hearing?

Pretty much everyone in law enforcement is endorsing Kline, and you're asking me to give the reason why? Why do you think? And you call Kline a boob?
Morrison has admitted he didn't know all the facts of the abortion clinic investigation, yet he said he'd stop it. (Don't tell me his words are being "overparsed." He said he'd stop the investigation, and he's never corrected anyone until very recently when accused of it. He is trying to cover his tracks.) Of course, that announcement came the day after George Tiller held a fundraiser for him in Washington D.C. His only reason for running is to protect the abortion industry. He is definitely running to pursue a personal agenda.
The KSSC had the records redacted, yes. Kline is only investigating the clincs for illegality, not patients. Their privacy is protected. So the investigation is most definitely not "worthless."
Yes, I do believe in the separation of powers, and Kline's job is to enforce the law, which he's doing. Morrison (whatever he's claiming now) said he won't. And please stop calling this guy a "good man."

Walsh has no business getting involved in politics or endorsing candidates.
He should just stick to what he's doing, but rumor has it that he may step down after they apprehend the 1,000th criminal. That black guy they feature alongside Walsh (forgot his name) may take over the hosting duties.

...and will not enforce laws to catch rapists who take underage girls to abortionists. Getting a little hysterical there, aren't you? Morrison has been the Johnson County ADA or DA for 26 years.

The same state that put Sebelius in the governor's mansion gave Bush a higher percentage of the total vote than even Texas did. I guess we're just mixed up liberals, huh?

Hopefully, Kline will pull it out. I haven't seen any polls on the race as yet. I've heard that Morrison has a boatload of money, don't know what Kline's campaign chest looks like. The scary thing is that Kline barely won in 2004, a year when Kansas gave Bush 63% of the vote and when he was running against an unfunded unkown Democrat. It'll be an interesting race.

The only hysteria is coming from the liberals who hate Kline. it takes one sorry excuse for a human being to protect rapists of under age girls like Attorney Generals Morrison and Stovall did when they held the office.

Yep, Kansas has a mixture of Democrats and moderate (liberal) Republicans, which put Sebellius in office.

I don't want to get into the issue of abortion. And up goes the red flag. I was wondering what your angle was.

Sebelius doesn't surprise me at all. The Morrison results are a shock. I figured that Morrison may have had an outside chance but I figured it would be a nail-biter right down to the end with Kline the favorite because of his incumbency. Never saw this coming though.
