What a shame. The man should shut up and catch criminals.

A bit of a facer here.
I have earnestly watched John and feel he is a force for the good. That having been said (I love that cliche- kudos to whom coined it), some sterling advice has been rendered elsewhere.
It was to the effect that Rush Limbaugh should stay right where he is. Rush being the best he knows how to be. It is tempting to urge Rush to get into the hurly burly of campaigning.
John, says I, for goodness sake, you are one great American. John, do what you do best. Stick to what you do. Yer vote counts and it is yer business.
They will use you.

Phil Kline is an incompetent boob. Before somehow getting elected to AG the US Attorney's office refused to take him as a political appointee because of gross incompetence.
I'm worried about the state of the republican party in Kansas. For some unknown reason they can't come up with reasonable candidates.
I consider my self to be conservative, but will be voting for a dem gov and ag because the alternatives are unworthy.

I have known Phill and Deborah Kline for many years. I have gone door to door working on his campaign with Phill on one side of the street and I on the other. I have been in politics for many years, and you will not find a man with more integrity anywhere. He decides what is right, and then charts his course, and the consequences be damned.

A Kansan With Conviction - Attorney General Sees Abortion Records Fight as Matter of Principle
Phill Kline, Republican attorney general of Kansas, is determined not to be defensive. Making headlines with his subpoena of abortion records and his closed-door discussions of evolution with State Board of Education members, the former scholarship wrestler comes across as well satisfied with what he has wrought.
He has a job to do, Kline explained during a break at a meeting of attorneys general in Washington. Principles are at stake, he said, and liberals who dismiss the conservative values agenda as a political stratagem really do not know what they are talking about.

Paul Morrison supports abortion on demand, and will not enforce laws to catch rapists who take underage girls to abortionists.

Walsh has done a lot of good, and I will give him much deserved credit for that. Borrowing a phrase from Peter Libra though, 'that being said' there are only three possible explanations I can come up with for his actions which obviously endanger his life and the lives of anybody close to him.
1. He is incredibly brave.
2. He is incredibly stupid.
3. He is an attention craving coward with security guards who has no concern for the safety of his family and friends.
I don't know which, if any, of these theories is true, but I have my own opinion. The opinions of others are welcomed, but please try to avoid name-calling.

This is going to be a close win. The problem is Morrison looks like a tough guy. People think since he was a prosecutor that means he will be good.
Physically he is very imposing; he could probably beat Kline to a pulp.
That is what we are up against here and is probably why Morrison is polling so well.
Hopefully, Kline will pull it out.
