THE POWER TO TAX IS THE POWER TO DESTROY!!! TAXING CHURCHES IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS IDEA!!

Even if one agrees with you, then doesn't that imply that taxing everybody except churches makes all non-church taxpayers more likely to be destroyed?

My preference would be to tax businesses and churches for the services they use (fire, police, courts) and to not tax anybody at all for anything else.
