I have been very specific here. Is the Old Testament literally true or not?
It cannot be both. If you believe it is then take it all. If you don't then it is all up for debate, including the passages on Israel.
No-one will answer yes or no here because it frightens them.

I believed you are frightened. You do not believe and wish to invalidate the old/New testaments for your own comfort. It could be I'm wrong - it just seems like it to me.
