An Ayatollah revolts in Iran.
- Alan Peters, AntiMullah.com reported that the Minister of Information and Security (MOIS) has promised to deliver the severed head of Ayatollah Boroujerdi to the Supreme Leader after the renegade Ayatollah called for Iran’s government to be separated from the Clerics and become purely secular, according to reports by Iranian satellite broadcasts.
Same old rigged election in Iran 'underway'
- Iranian.ws reported that Ahmadinejad loyalists are hoping to win control of the Assembly of Experts in the November elections. The assembly chooses Iran's supreme leader and can amend the constitution.
