Britain is such a soft touch that even Americans are coming here to claim asylum and sponge off the state.
The incredible revelation comes from immigration whistleblower Rory Clarke.
And yesterday the Government was forced to admit figures that backed him up.
Disgusted Rory, 34, contacted The Sun to expose the true depth of the asylum shambles. He said:
Britain is seen as such a soft touch that poor people from countries such as America are even coming here now.
A couple of years ago I met two black guys from the States who were over here because they thought they could get a better standard of living.
One was from Ohio and the other from Kansas. They claimed asylum because they said they were racially discriminated against at home.
But they freely admitted they were here for the free healthcare and accommodation. It is an absolute joke.
They could have been here for up to five years before their application was processed.
Last night the Home Office admitted five American nationals have claimed asylum this year alone.

It’s a sure sign that Britain’s ruinously over-generous benefits system is a magnet for all the world’s freeloaders when even shiftless idlers from the Land of Opportunity turn up seeking a handout.
America, with all its possibilities, somehow failed them.
So they are demanding asylum here, with free housing, health care and cash thrown in.
Their spurious claim — taken seriously by our immigration officials, naturally — is that they are being racially discriminated against back home.
It is far more likely that the limited benefits that America allows them have simply dried up. So they have fled the land of the free…

I'm all for idiot leftists in the USA emigrating to another country that better suits their own political ideas.
Many of them threatened to do as much if George Bush was reelected in 2004 but they have yet to act on their words.

Think of it this way. We are helping the Brits if we send them our dregs because it will annoy the hell out of their muslims.
We should send our rounded up illegals to Britain rather than Mexico. They will get much better treatment their.

There are much more Britons who come to the US for "better standard of living" and "better opportunities" that the two people mentioned in the article who left the US for Britain seeking better life. Anyway even these two lazy guys will not enjoy Britain welfare system because they will find out they will have it better here despite all their laziness and self created poverty.
This sounds altogether like some type of pity-piece. IOW we are supposed to feel sorry for these incoherent fools trying to gain what little they know on the system that has opened itself to such abuses.
