What would you call nerve gassing the Opera House and not sending enough antidote - thereby killing hundreds of innocents?

Comrade Spinalot, our local psychopath, is once again attempting to create a new reality with his lies. The gas used at the theater was NOT NERVE GAS, but an aerosol anesthetic, which rendered both terrorists and hostages unconscious. The 42 terrorists were shot as they slept to keep them from waking up and setting off the bombs. The Spetsnaz had the difficult task of moving all of the hostages out of the theater through narrow aisles, and in the process most of the deaths were hostages who suffocated in their own vomit. The loss of 129 hostages was tragic, but it is important to note 771 hostages were saved. I seriously doubt American forces could have been more effective.

Well, ok. But that is not a deliberate and willful evil act on the part of Putin and his men, is it? Mistakes and misjudgements are just that: mistakes and misjudgements.
