Whole conversation stopped when we all realized the plausibility in Kim's action: the test was probably a success, and moreover, the announcement of another test supports the view that Kim is developing an H-bomb.
It's a pretty major development cycle step to that, I'm sure he'd like one but you don't go from one test to or even 2 or 5 tests to H-bomb.
