You're about to learn that 4 hours IS a good nights' sleep!
I guess we were lucky with our daughter. She turns 21 next month, and there were few nights we didn't get 7 or 8 hours of sleep.
I noticed several other posters talking about short nights, and I now consider my wife and myself very lucky.
