I'm glad you admit that the feds could shut off funding to Marquette on free speech grounds. Maybe a lawsuit, maybe bad publicity, or action from that great group, FIRE. Marquette's censorship will not stand up to the light of day.
That's just it, in a nutshell! Our "government" could do something about a lot of really important things (not this) but chooses to ignore it or implicitly condones them........
