It's the Democrats that have made WMDs the "main reason for invading Iraq", but only after the fact. Anyone that's interested in the truth can read the President's speech to the UN and his State of the Union prior to the war. He stated plainly - and to applause - that we were going to free the people of Iraq and bring Democracy to the Middle East.

Before the war, all the Democrats could say is that he kept changing the reasons for going to war (no he didn't- there were so many reasons for going to war that it was tough to fit them all in one speech). Now, WMDs were the only reason, there own rhetoric be damned.

It is necessary to keep reminding the dems that there were 16 (17?) U.N. resolutions ignored. That we were enforcing the resolutions or else there was not point to the U.N.

Indeed, considering the aftermath, there is no point to the U.N., since the wealthist and powerful have done nothing to abate the problem.
