Weldon comes out swinging

In his final debate against Joe Sestak, the embattled congressman blasted the media and landed a few key points.

Labeling himself an underdog in an increasingly bitter race, U.S. Rep. Curt Weldon (R., Pa.) mounted a furious attack on Democratic opponent Joe Sestak in the pair's final debate yesterday.

"My opponent can throw out all the crap he wants about my kids, but in the end, the people of this district will decide," Weldon told a mostly friendly audience at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce event.

If I were living in his district I would not hesitate evan a nanosecond to vote for Curt Weldon. The viciousness of the left against Weldon is unprecedented IMO, even coming from Clintonista operatives within the FBI. I hope he defeats his leftist socialist revolutionary opponent!

this "scandal" was just another lib/dem hit piece....2 weeks before the election the investigation cranks up....and the msm jumps right on it....the weldon seat has been targeted by the lib/dems and the msm is complicit in the coverage!!!!!

just compare the real scandals in both nevada and nj...no coverage of the lib/dem senators in either state!!!!!

It doesn't look like Weldon did anything wrong. Even so if he did looks like a lot less than the Demonrat King Harry gReid. I would vote for Weldon way before someone that has the power to get the FBI after someone even after that person has been sent a letter clearing them of wrong doing. This coming from the same people against wiretapping terrorists is despicable.

The real scandal will happen if the dems should take over the congress. There is no doubt that our enemy will attack us over and over if they do because the dems are such wimps when it comes to security. There should and will be hell to pay for the dems if it comes to that and the MSM will have to pay too. Not exactly sure how they will but they have been complicit in these attacks on Republicans!

WHat is interesting is the value that the Dems are putting on all their underhanded, sneaky, illegitimate attacks - Outside of the beltway, a lot of us still vote based on issues, past accomplishments, etcetc.

Mud smearing turns me off and I hope that is true of a lot of folks.

Weldon kicked Joe Sestak's sorry behind all over the place in this debate. The ground rules were that the debate was to be strictly on local issues and Sestak didn't have a clue about any of them. He managed to work in a cheap shot about the investigation of Weldon and Weldon hammered him. At the end the crowd was chanting "Curt! Curt! Curt!"

I've never been a big Weldon fan, but you have to love the way he is fighting through this onslaught by the media and the Clinton crime syndicate.

Oh so this guy is one of Hillry's 'generals' as he served her as Director of Defense Policy in the White House. (I know he was Navy.)

Sure got to wonder what he knows about Able Danger?

I think all the democrat dirty tricks this year are starting to backfire. And I don't think the democrats are really prepared for someone like Weldon who is going to fight back and go on the offensive. They're used to republicans sitting back and taking it.

Amen! Weldon is one of the very few who dare to question the Untouchable Demons From Dogpatch, and their Komrads, the establishment Communists who defend them.

GO, CURT!

Rush speculated that Weldon's real offense was criticizing Clinton's approach to terrorism in his book.

Harold Ford certainly wasn't prepared for Corker to fight back.

This is purely political brought on by 'Able Danger' and the Clintonoids that are still in control of many areas of government.

Only thing about dubya that really makes me mad is the fact that he did not get rid of all the Clintonoids when he first took office. We are paying for it daily.

I suspect that Rush knows a whole lot more than what he said.

I am seeing a pattern here of Clintonism using the power of government to destroy their political enemies, they make Nixon look like a saint.

The Dems love Bill Clinton. It wouldn't take much to convince a Dem in the bureaucracy to run up an investigation near to the election.

I also think it's telling what candidates are running against entrenched Congressmen. Foley's opponent got a suspicious amount of money for a Dem running against a moderate Republican entrenched in a safe R district. Weldon, a well-established Congressman with a following and some leadership is running against a Clintonite general.

Most incumbents are running against token opposition.

Weldon's opponent is that guy that Bill Clinton warned US about on his rant and rave uncontrolled finger pointing and poking show. Truly a very very Clinton insider.

http://sestakforcongress.com/about-joe/why-i-am-running/

"Prior to leaving naval service after 31 years and returning home to Delaware County, I attained the rank of Vice Admiral after having had a series of operational commands at sea, including Commander of an aircraft carrier battle group of 30 U.S. and allied ships that conducted combat operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I have a Doctorate in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University, and served as the Director of Defense Policy in the White House during the Clinton Administration......."

I'm sure the evil, rotten, degenerate commie bastard Clintons are behind this FBI investigation coming out before the election -- if not entirely for the FBI investigation itself.
