To: Howlin
I watched it as a kid in reruns along with Leave it to Beaver, Sea Hunt, Bozo and cartoons of course.

I grew up for a while on the east coast and it was before cable, so they played lots of these B&W shows.

I Love Lucy, also great.

Some of the legends I miss are:

Red Skeleton, Bob Hope, Danny Kay, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and the legend to be Selina.

Sea Hunt. Lloyd Bridges. Loved that show. IIRC it was on fairly early on Saturday nights. I also remember watching a show called 'Adventures in Paradise' starring Gardner McKay, which I believe was also on Saturday nights. I am friggin' old.

I remember driving to work the morning they announced on the radio that Lucille Ball had died. It instantly brought on tears and I was so shocked, and still a little weepy upon arriving at work.

Especially since they had said she was improving.
