Oh great now I'll have the song "Land Down Under" running though my head.

Marmite is the sludge from the bottom of beer-brewing vats which some marketing genius convinced the unsuspecting public was health food a century or so ago.

Vegemite is essentially the same product.

I haven't tasted Vegemite, but Marmite is extremely bitter and salty and I can't believe that Vegemite is too much different.

Marmite is foul muck, considered edible only by those who have been accilmated to it since early chidlhood.

When a fellow Freeper gets quoted, it's only right to ping him to the article.

Hey Fair Opinion, can I get your autograph?!

Do Not - repeat NOT - watch this link if you want to have that song in your head or if you want to see "pop ups" that explain vegemite, chunder, etc.

Hells Bells, so do I. Speaking of which, Men at Work in that song) make reference to the god forsaken Volkswagen bus. I cannot remember what they call it. I will have nightmares with peaceniks driving these buses for days. Oh, the calamity and horror associated with that video.
