In California's future, the whites and Asians with college educations will be the technocrats who run things.
The Hispanics will own the service industries and trades.
Blacks will be faced with a choice: reject the underclass "culture" or be left behind and forgotten.
Harsh but true. I have been saying for a long time that the future is grim for the black underclass in America. Governments at all levels are cutting back on welfare. Illegals do all the menial work that high school dropouts used to do. No one will hire "urban youth" with pants around their knees, incomprehensible speech, and a bad attitude.
And the public no longer cares. The Sixties are over.
Personally, I expect a lot of "urban unrest" and "racial tensions" when the black underclass finally realizes that they really are left behind for good.

RS..I am suprised they haven't stepped up yet...the gangs will start to fight each other...Blacks vs Hispanics...then riots...it will get worse before it gets better.....but the blacks will still vote Democratic..who are FOR illegal immigration...just goes to show ya...

But there is a difference between black and Hispanic young men.
Hispanics may be in gangs, but they rarely bother anyone outside. And, they tend to work, even while in the gang. And very few of them get into real trouble.
The dropout rate for Hispanics is almost as bad as blacks. The difference is that Hispanics go to work. There are plenty of jobs they can do with little education. They are on their way to dominating the trades and blue collar work, at least here in CA.
Blacks, on the other hand, will not work. The dropouts become drug dealers or wannabes, spending their days on the street getting into trouble. Their level of violence is rapidly increasing.
So, in the future, I expect most Hispanics to get by, working at something, and at least leaning toward the mainstream. Remember- Hispanics come from a culture and other countries where there is no safety net.
Blacks are being destroyed by their endless sense of victimhood and entitlement. As the entitlements end, their bitterness and anger grows. Their cultural alienation from mainstream culture is getting worse, and therefore the white mainstream is further isolating them.
When all these young black men realize that our society no longer needs them, and that they will never, ever get anywhere, they will explode.
Fewer and fewer people are intimidated by blacks these days. Young people simply don't care. They were born after the "civil rights era" and they have no guilt about the past. That's death to the black victim agenda.
Look for some tough, rough times in the cities.
I'm leaving CA soon. I don't want to be here for the riots.

Welfare is the thing that has been keeping people down for generations -
When poor women are "hired" by the government to produce poor children, we will never see the cycle end.
