MEMPHIS, Tenn. Memphis authorities are trying to figure out how a manatee believed to be from Florida got so far up the Mississippi River. The eight- to ten-foot manatee was spotted today splashing and surfacing in a tributary of the Mississippi called Wolf River, near downtown Memphis.

Last summer a manatee swam up the Hudson, then turned around and went back south. They definitely seem to be considering their options.

How can I combine Aggressive Tropical African Cichlids with Passive Coldwater Chinese Goldfish in my aquarium?
Because these creatures don't always follow the rules that "we" impose on them.
If they did all the time, that would make them as capable of thought as we are.
Call Memphis Authorities-I figured it out for them.
