Tom, Croatian government has put over 7000 arrest warrants through Interpol for alleged "war crimes". In many cases without any admissible evidence. This is deterrent to prevent Serb refugees return to Croatia. And guess what, it works.

Please note how this man is already judged to be notorious war criminal.
