Rick Perry has proposed allowing Texas racetracks and Indian reservations to operate slot machines, has state Comptroller Carole Keeton Strayhorn, and even Democrat Chris Bell who is totally "open" to casinos, as the tax revenue could pay for education and social services.

Casinos are the least of Texas' worries.

It's still a toss up between more of Perry or throwing away a vote on Kinky. Actually, it's where my vote will speak the loudest but not allow Carole Keeton-McClellan-Rylander-Strayhorn (who's changed parties as many times as she's changed husbands) any leeway.

Well if they ever legalize gambling in Texas thats going to hurt Louisiana bigtime.
