Wait a minute you are upset that Republicans took issue over a county judge taking power unto himself to pronounce a death sentence upon a woman based upon unprovable claims???

The case went through all levels of state and federal court review numerous times. If the parents had hired a decent lawyer in the first place instead of taking freebies from pro choice groups that were more interested in making news than winning the case, they might have had a more favorable conclusion. They might also have done better if they hadnt irrevocably pissed off the husband by allowing their attorneys to demonize him in the press after they lost access to her money (oops, I mean the case).

Who has restricted Medicaid payments anywhere?

If the Republican Gov of Missouri doesnt even trust his own party not to do something like that, then why does he support the ammendment? After Schiavo, people with a little common sense, have come to expect anything from unfettered politicians when they arent attending to the people's business.

The point of the Congress in doing its Constitutional authorized oversight was to stop a precedence that no sitting judge would even take a look see.

We are alllllll going to die, and it is very curious that so many could not get Terri dead quick enough, but yet here we are demanding a Constitutional amendment for perpetual taxation without a promise of saving anyone.
