This administration has the benefit on 20/20 hindsight, 86 was an unmitigated disaster. They should know better than to be talking about another one.

HOWEVER, today's bill signing is cause for optimism, and all the credit goes to Republicans in congress, the House, specifically.

All of us need to make certain the GOP maintains their majorities, if only that the truly conservative segment can retain some influence over this matter.
