While I agree it's fine to support your preferred political party's ideals, this sounds suspiciously faction-esque. At some point, both Red and Blue states must buy into the vision of a common United States of America, lest we fall into the type of splinter groups so common in other countries. Anymore, the "us vs. them" mentality has been over-emphasized and manipulated by the media.
Excuse me for asking, but, where have you been? It has been the printed goals of the socialists over the last century or so to create chaos and divisiveness here in the one country that dares to say Freedom is bestowed by our creator. Their complete takeover of the Democrat party and infiltration of the Republican party has ensured that they get to use our very freedoms to provide cover for themselves. The art of double talking and projection has been used by socialists claiming either party to allow them to play both sides against the middle. Hence we as Americans are now so partisan that we are almost ready for the actual Revolution to begin. They have done the same thing to every nation that they have conquered. You would think that by learning history, Americans would not have fell for it. Alas, we have now had successive generations indoctrinated to believe in socialism (man worshiping man). We just don't call it by that name, tailored by design to make socialism palatable to the American masses. So we keep voting them in.
Long live big Government, be it Democrat or Republican. Let the glory of redistribution and entitlement programs be the "justice" of the day! /s
