It's not the "public" seeking to unseal Allen's divorce records it is Webb.........
Webb's writings are in the public domain, he has campaigned on his name as an author.....
So you are correct - this is different.........so why isn't Webb being called on the carpet about seeking Allen's private documents, which BTW, are sealed based upon Virginia law?
I have no idea why no one has made it into an issue...I am not webb or Allen, I don't work for either of them, nor am I a Virginia voter, nor am I the press
I am not defending Webb. bringing Allen's divorce into it is pretty damn foul if you ask me
