That really scares me. The primary in my state is kind of late in 2008. My biggest fear is by the time it reaches here, there will be only four republicans to choose from: Giuliani, McCain, Rice and Hagel. I'd rather vote third party than for any of those clowns.
Rice will not run.
If this makes you feel any better, I'm from Iowa and I have yet to find a McCain supporter. I have been at a couple of Republican events where we have discussed those we could support and those we can't support. EVERYONE has agreed that McCain is our LAST choice. ANYONE but McCain.

Sorry to be so blunt, but it's the truth.
Nonetheless, you don't need to trouble your remaining braincells. She's not running.
I would never vote for Rice. She is very smart but this job of President of the most powerful country in the world is a job for a man not a woman. IMO
Given that scenario I'd choose Rice, but not with any great glee.
