Are you suggesting a polygomous society? Or that less men in the world mean less wars? (because it doesn't seem to be working that way in the ME!)

Just a stray thought. Nonetheless, if the women in a country don't want to have any more than 1.3 kids on average, then it's a possibility people might want to look into.
