Friedman has won THREE "Putzer Prizes" (Pulitzers) and cannot read or understand simple English?? The meaning and implications of what Kerry actually SAID are obvious to anyone who isn't a partisan hack like most NY Times Demagogues. Whether Kerry meant to say something else, lost in his feverish leftist brain, what he did say was that college students who don't succeed in their studies risk ending up "stuck in Iraq"...... my opinion of Friedman keeps going down.
