I stand corrected. His temper tantrum worked - he got a job out of it.

University of Virginia Law school student Mike Stark is now a member of the press. Stark, whose scuffle with Sen. George Allen's supporters at a campaign stop Tuesday in Charlottesville made national news, has been hired as a reporter for a liberal talk show. Air America is stark raving mad....... and broke.

Being hired usually indicates an exchange of money for work. What is ErrAmerika going to pay him with?

Of course the money they're paying him has Al Franken on it instead of Benjamin Franklin.

Stark's compensation is that he has Al Franken's permission to mug any disadvantaged minority child and steal the hot lunch he/she is having at the local Boys and Girls Club. It's called a franchise.

Obvious why they hired him. He can now crash Allen events with press credentials and can't be excluded.

Wait a minute. A law student at 38 years old? Perfect lefty professional student cause he can't make it in the real world. Sounds like a "failure to launch" syndrome to me.

The show bills itself as "the first nationwide liberal talk show and first live, daily Internet TV show." It airs live Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Air America radio and via Webcast. The show, based in Los Angeles, began broadcasting in 2002.And what an impact it's made since then...uh...what impact has it made?
