Everyone whom you don't agree with is a troll?

I never said that, so don't even go there.

You fit the profile for trolls, and your absurd post at #6 of this thread, with all of your self-righteous posturing is nothing more than an over the edge portrayal of how the left defines evangelical extremists. You overplayed your hand bud.

We're done here.

That's okay, I don't post much anyway. I usually just read what's said here. I rarely feel compelled to post. Usually someone expresses what my thoughts are anyway, so there is no sense in posting.

Funny that you only decide to post during election time, and always try to badmouth conservatives. The fact that you waited between 2004 and now to start spewing your crap is the key piece in the puzzle. You're no Evangelical, or even conservative, but you think you know what buttons to push. You are a troll.

Away! Back to your mother's basement!

I’m tired of hearing pollsters and pundits project a big victory for Democrats this Tuesday.

"I'm not voting and I'm putting my faith in the ALMIGHTY."

Your quote above from your #12 post, reminded me of a previous post of mine from a Sept.06 thread concerning your "non-action", and waiting for the ALMIGHTY to "take care of things". Below is that post:

"I am all for praying, but I keep in mind that God helps those who help themselves..."

I heard Red Skelton tell this joke, and it kinda fits.

A gentleman was rocking on his front porch in a very hard driving rain, that looked like it wasn't going to stop any time soon. The water was up to the height of his porch.

A police car drives up, and through the speaker says to the man:

"The rain is going to crest the river upstream 15-20 feet over it's banks, and we are here to evacuate you!!"

The man replies:"No thanks, the Lord will provide !"

The police leave. The water then gets so high, that the man has to seek shelter in the second story of his house.

A police boat approaches the man, who is looking out of his second story window, and with a bullhorn, shouts to him:

"Get in the boat and come to safety, the water is going to drown you !!"

The man refuses, as he replies: "The Lord will provide!"

The boat leaves, and within mere minutes, the water has reached the level of his roof, leaving the man to climb to the very peak of it, with him still waist deep in the rising water as a rescue helicopter shows up overhead.

The crew of the chopper shouts to the man: "Put on the harness in front of you, and we will take you to safety !!"

The man says "The Lord will provide!", and again refuses the help, and the helicopter flies off to rescue others.

The man finally drowns.

His next stop finds him in front of Jesus at the pearly gates.

The man cries: "Lord, I was taught all my life that you would provide my needs for me on earth. Why didn't you help me? Why did you let me drown??"

Jesus replies; " I did help you !! I sent you a police car, a boat, and a helicopter !!"

Please rethink about "not voting" on Tuesday. The Lord is providing you the chance, and, IMHO, the alternative is MUCH WORSE !!

I'd vote for my one-eyed gimpy-hipped bulldog, if he represented the Republican party, before I would sit home whining and not vote. This country was under the thumb of a Democratically controlled Congress and SCOTUS for more than 40 years. They succeeded in eliminating prayer in our schools; permitting the desecration of our flag; providing federal funding to the ACLU and other subversives; and, the willful destruction of millions of innocent babies through abortion, not to mention fostering a belief in at least two generations of Americans that the MSM and Hollywood elites are competent political analysts.

We've had a Republican majority less than 15 years and you want to cut and run. You cite the behavior of certain Republicans; however, you fail to note that none of them ever allowed a young woman to drown in order to protect their political future. According to the scriptures, murder is a sin, just as adultery and sodomy are sins, but the ultimate judgment for all of those sins is to be left in the hands of the Almighty on judgment day.

If I didn't vote for any other reason on Tuesday, I would vote because I support the troops and and their commitment to serve our country. I strongly believe we owe it to them to keep their fate out of the hands of people like John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank, Charles Rangel and, you can rest assured, my list is hardly complete. Every one of the aforementioned are salivating at the thought of pulling every dollar possible away from the defense budget so they can increase the giveaway's that help buy them their votes in every election. Every vote for a Republican is a vote against the dems.

We do not live in the Millennium.

Our nation is better because the GOP controls the Gov't.

The moral ills of this nation will not be healed by Gov't but by a return to morality by the people.

All the Gov't can do is give us the environment of freedom to make that choice.

I’m a values voter

If you value your pocket book, then you will vote so that taxes don't rise.

If you value finishing the job in Iraq, then you will vote.

If you value non-socialized health care then you will vote.

If you value border security, then you will vote.

If you value.....etc.

These were all flawed men before this election. Did you vote in 2000? 2002? 2004?

What are the chances that the Prez could call a "Press Conference" or a "Presidential Address to the Nation" on Monday night to discuss the Saddam verdict.

And, hey, if he gets some plugs in for not giving power to the Dems, so be it.

Whaddya think?

I think it'd be all right, so long as he studiously does not mention the Democrats once but only goes over the PG-13 version of the Saddam facts, giving a 10-minute history lesson for the Rio Linda types who can't remember who won the World Series, much less who Saddam Hussein might be (other than that distincly manly guy who keeps shaking his fist at the camera and yelling in tongues).

Might be just what the Democrats would need: a few dots connected. One dot might be to remind people whether Saddam was Shi'ite or Sunni, where in Iraq he came from, that kind of thing.

That's what I'd do, anyway.

Cheers.
