If it's used, the death penalty works. A generous, hardworking, trusting girl would be alive today had Rouse been executed after his first murder. The sad truth is that liberal lawyers, journalists, politicians and judges value the lives of the Rouses of the world over the lives of the Stephanies. Over the last few years there has been a rising drumbeat in the MSM seeking to quash the death penalty. This case will NOT receive national coverage.

This has been such a gut-wrenching story. There was no need for this to have happened. He'll end up plea-ing and spending the rest of his life watching television.

This is unbelievable. He's out of jail for what? 7 months and he kills again. This man needs to executed ASAP.

What needs to be published is the names of the people on the parole board who let him out. Their names, and the names of the people who appointed them and what political party they belong to.
