Did you go to bed too soon to enjoy it? We were up late and I lost track of the time.

Nope, my sleep pattern has been all messed up ever since I had surgery back in June. I was wide awake both yesterday morning when the quake occurred and this morning while hanging out on this thread.

Not sure why I didn't feel it since I can always tell when Ft. Sill over in Lawton is doing bombing excercises and that's even further away than the epicenter of this quake.

Hmmmm, have you ever been in the area of an earthquake? The smaller, longer ones can make you feel a little dizzy, whreas the larger ones shake the windows and rattle dishes. I have had a huge TV fall off a huge hearth and have sustained window damage and a huge crack in the ceiling of one house.

I recall several during my childhood. Vividly recall the bed swaying and a lamp falling over.
