CNN has international head of bar association who's actually pretty good. FNC had the Vanderbilt guy on & he's pretty good too - both emphasizing these are good deliberations; 1st guy did, apparently, have a good defense, at least as far as trials go (ie he may be guilty but it couldn't be proven, only documents he claimed he couldn't or didn't read at the time)
He was involved in drafting the rules for the tribunal.
