the "not proven" reminds me of Arlen Specter and his "Scottish Law" (Clinton impeachment)
"Spectator" has been such a help in getting Santorum re-elected--especially after all that Rick did for him the last time round. He's such an ingrate RINO. I wouldn't be surprised if he switched parties if the Dems get control of the Senate just so he can stay in the majority.
I like 'not proven' it's often much more accurate than 'not guilty'.
