Yeah. I mean, I get drinking white wine, but what in the wide world of sports does it mean to "kiki"?

You might profitably look at their entry for the word "homophobia" -- and notice that it seems to have been overtly political coinage. Notice, too, that the word was coined in 1972, when organized gay psychiatrists and psychologists were plotting the political overthrow of the clinical definition of homosexuality as a paraphilia, and the institutionalization of their own definition of "normal".

I found a few other references that all seemed to be related back to this usage, such as the Japanese video character "Hard Gay Kiki Ippatsu" (actually performed by a straight man).

I also found an archived reference to an old article in the July, 1960 issue of One: The Homosexual Viewpoint entitled, "KiKi [sic], or the butch-femme". It was part of a resource list at www.rainbowhistory.org.
