And Bill Clinton would have us believe that he was one of history's best presidents when he spent the 1990s hiking taxes, pretending terrorism didn't exist and opening the flood gates to illegal aliens.
More to the point of this thread, he spent the 90s gutting the military and cutting money for -- and putting up walls between -- the intelligence agencies.
Bill Clinton's terrorist policy was there were no "terrorists", just criminals.
Keep telling those jokes...bill. They make nice anecdotes to go along with how history will judge you...your legacy will show you as an immoral, incompetent, clown....rapist!
