Any challenge in Tenn will be extra funny as their Secretary Of State annouced this AM that due to early and absentee ballot voting, 40 percent of all the state's registered voters have already voted.

Adding and linking keyword, "ratsvoteextentions." This is happening in other areas, too.

Of course they will- anythign to benifit them is just fine and dandy, but you can bet your bottom dollar that if they see that more Republicans are comming in after hours that they'll try to get an 'emergency injuction' against keeping it open longer.

How do the eagles look over the ends of the Whipple Flag now?

The wings extend out a slight bit beyond but that doesn't matter, it looks good.
You could lower them down as they go into the dark area of the flag. Who is more critical than you and I?? LOL

Why do you want the polls to stay open? Because it takes a long time to wait in all those lines to vote a dozen times.
The Dems have voter lists. By 7PM, they know who hasn't voted. Then its just a matter of getting people to those polls to pretend to be the people who didn't vote.
That's why predominent Dem areas have very high turnout.

You're right about lowering them a bit below the blue field of stars
The Whipple Flag is 544 wide on a 600 wide TP or white BG - the eagles are supposed to be able to fly beyond the flag area in the center in the 28 pixels on each side of the flag
Trying something new -
Need my editor to review it - Thanks!

They announced on the radio this morning for Portland that Democrats will drive out to pick up ballots or pick people up to fix their voter registration so that they can vote last minute.
By the way.. we are a mail in ballot state.. why anyone would be so hard pressed to put a stamp on their ballot is beyond me.
To: r9etb
They do this every stinkin' election. So why don't the bastards just pass a damned law to extend the f***ing voting hours?!?Well, they'd actually have to be in power to do that, now wouldn't they? [snicker]

As always kcvl, you are awesome on your "finds". Thanks.
We had no uh intimidation at our poll today - just a bunch of cheerful Republicans which might have intimidated the few long-faced demos we have in this really really Red District.
To: rintense
I have yet to understand how we are able to vote EARLY (except through absentee ballot). Doesn't the Constitution say that voting is to take place on the first Tuesday of Nov.?

We haven't had any voter intimidation or voting irregularities either. I am about two blocks from our court house where many people vote. I guess we aren't as stupid as we look. lol! We actually know how to VOTE!
I think maybe we are just a boring bunch. No 'excitement' on election day here. No one has slugged anyone, no hanging chads or Diebold mishaps. lol!

Also all the media hype about how they are going to WIN, so that everyone will EXPECT them to win and therefore will be more likely to believe the BS that the election was stolen! The Dem machine is big and evil and they will stop at NOTHING!
