The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into the possibility of voter intimidation in the hard-fought U.S. Senate race between Sen. George Allen, a Republican, and Democratic challenger James Webb, officials told NBC News.

State officials alerted the Justice Department on Tuesday to several complaints of suspicious phone calls to voters who attempted to misdirect or confuse them about election day, Jean Jensen, Secretary of the Virginia State Board of Elections, told NBC’s David Shuster....

I loved the one last year where someone went around telling people that to avoid congestion republicans were supposed to vote on Tuesday and Democrats on Wednesday..

And some people complained that they fell for it (stuck on stupid)

I confess! I am deliberately trying to suppress voters who aren't citizens or legally registered voters. So sue me!

"...to avoid congestion republicans were supposed to vote on Tuesday and Democrats on Wednesday"

This year is the same. Republicans Tuesday, Democrats Wednesday. It works quite well.

The "intimidation" card -- one of the Rats' favorites.

attempted to misdirect or confuse them about election day

"So, Mr. Gonzalez. Tell us whom you'll be voting for next Wednesday."

If you don't know where and when to vote, you shouldn't be voting.

The viewer's e-mail stated after he had voted, he received a call from an unknown caller who said they knew the voter was registered out of state and would be arrested if they voted today.

Well....as long as the viewer said so. I guess he's an "unimpeachable source"......much like the one Dan Rather had.

OK, OK ~ here's the telephone numbers of people who called me and INTIMIDATED ME with respect to matters involving the election. We even discussed whether or not "W" had changed the election to Wednesday.

I'm giving these evil doers up now because the election is almost over and they deserve a knock on the door from the FBI this evening:

212 529 5461

703 573 6811

There they are ~ cops, do your thing!

yep, voter intimidation is always charged.

I remember a couple of elections ago, Jesse Jackson complained there was a police roadblock set up to intimidate voters. It turned out the police roadblock was down the road from the polling place, it was part of legitimate law enforcement activity, and was not on the road to the polling place. Traffic going to and from the election site was unaffected.

But truth doesn't matter. It's what side of the political aisle or issues that you are on that matters. That's all we are supposed to care about.

Fox News's Major Garrett and Carl Cameron were saying that this was election was going to be disappointing to Republicans, esp. George Allen. They did not say anything about fraud.

"There are also allegations that fliers that say, "Skip This Election," are blanketing African-American communities, News4 reported."

Uh-oh, I think I hear the demmie's favorite song "Disenfrancised Voters" warming up in the background!!

Fortunately most of these 'allegations' never amount to anything but hot air...

For the good of our nation, our troops in harms way and the unborn, victory for the GOP is essential and must be achieved by what ever means necessary.

"Duh. When's election day? Duh. Whom do I vote for?"

"I'm sooo confused."
