He'll probably get a light slap on the wrist with some 'Rat judge..... penalties for all forms of fraud and interference with elections should be severe. If it were known that people were sentenced to YEARS for crap like this or the Milwaukee tire slashers (2004) it might be a deterrent. OTOH, some of these Demagogues are so hopped up on rage and drugs that it might be impossible to deter them.

That is an interesting thought regarding a RAT judge. Ethically judges are supposed to recuse themselves if they find themselves in a position where they might be bias. Most judges are either republican or democrat, so if its a republican they will claim a bias against and if its a democrat there will be a bias for.

"slap on the wrist with some 'Rat judge" - woo-hoo - I like the idea of a "cat bungler" being tried by a "rat judge"!

Since many men and women have given their LIVES to obtain and protect our right to vote, can anyone explain why interference with our democratic process is not a capital offense?
