and this, my friend is the major difference between Conservatives and Liberals. Liberals would NEVER utter that phrase. It would always be someone elses fault, or a conspiracy or Karl Rove.
Makes me wonder. Several issues I have had lately ring true in this. I can't just turn and blame "ignorant" voters like a DUmmie would do. A little introspection, followed by a renewed vigor for the fight is in order.

This election was historically even LESS of a loss than most 6 years into a president's second term, than normal. I suggest that you do some research on the matter.
My two cents is that we underestimated the democrats. How many times did people here say that the democrats are finished, that we are going to gain seats, democrats are too stupid, they are soft on war, etc. I think we thought that we were seriously going to hold 100 seats in the Senate and 435 seats in the House. How did we get so full of ourselves? I feel bad that I felt that way most of the time. lol. I got a good kick in the butt yesterday that basically said that you were not prepared to deal with your "enemy".
