It sure is. It's not a big stretch to hold sham "investigative meetings" then come out and go forward with impeachment. When pressed to respond to her previous statements about not impeaching Bush, she'll respond with the following. "While that was my opinion, investigations have brought forth new information on the levels of malfeasance and we have no other options but to proceed with impeachment...clack clack clack clack"
