How long before the courts overturn this?
That vote was to amend the Michigan constitution. While entertaining but saddening, I want to hear a judge say that an amendment to the constitution is un-constitutional. lol.
They'll try to pull something out of their ass, but the SCOTUS never said Affirmative Action is mandatory.
I have no idea how NOT having an AA program is illegal.
