The GOP acts as though they can't wait to start wearing the "Second Place" loser's crown. Forcing Burns and Allen (Say Goodnight Gracie!) to concede before all the votes are counted is moronic.

Allen is probably taking the Thune route. Go with class, and he can have the Warner seat in 2008. Otherwise, he's done in national politics forever.

Burns should have conceded in the spring and montana would be sending a republican to washington.

The brilliant karl rove must have been busy with the plame case.

Rehberg waited until the filing deadline to announce for the house. He was waiting for burns to step aside.

Couldn't Karl have showed him polling with his negatives through the roof and tester beating him in head to head matchups.

They could have offered burns agriculture secretary and have kept johanns in nebraska.
