I hate to sound like a dope, but couldn't they filibuster? (That is, if they wanted to?)They can in the senate, but not the house. This bill will have a good chance of passing. The republican house was the only thing that stopped it and it's gone.

I hate to bring this up because I don't like the way the Dems used their filibusters but if a bill is coming that would create 50,000,000 new citizens who have not done what people are supposed to do to become citizens I would support a Republican filibuster.
